Let the fun be-gin this summer, when The Gin Society comes to Cirencester for the very first time!

Join us on our gin journey and discover the delights of 120 gins, plus a changing range of guest gins from the classic to the contemporary. Sample what’s on offer at our exclusive Tasting Station where our bar staff will treat you to a taste of some exciting new flavours.

Sparkle at our prosecco cocktail bar where you can choose from a range of prosecco cocktails, featuring some fabulous fruit flavoured gins. Marvel at the skills of our visiting distillers who will reveal secrets of how their gin began. Relax to the mellow sounds from the decks of our DJs whose vintage sounds will sooth you as you sip.

How The Gin Society Festival works

Your ticket permits entrance to the festival at the time and date stated on the ticket under the ‘Ticket Type’ section. You do have to be aged 18 or over to be permitted entrance to the festival. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked for ID. Sorry, but no ID, no entry!

On arrival, our lovely front of house staff will give you a brief introduction to the event, and your very own, limited edition, The Gin Society gin glass along with a Gin Guide booklet, describing all the different gins you can try as well as recommended mixers and garnishes.

You’ll then be able to purchase Gin Vouchers that come in values of £5, £10 or £20. Our standard single gins (25ml) are £5 with mixer and garnish. The Prosecco Gin cocktails are £10 (200ml). We accept both cash and card payments at the voucher station.

And then you are good to go and explore our world of gin…To find your perfect gin, browse through our booklet and then visit the different bars, divided into British, World, Fruit and Cocktail bars. We are sure you’ll find something to your taste. Each event also features a number of guest gins – just ask our amazing bar staff for recommendations.

Your ticket provides: entrance to the festival; a beautiful gin glass; our Gin Booklet of notes to guide you as you make your gin journey; and a pen. There is also prosecco and prosecco cocktails (with gin or vodka), plus we stock a small selection of bottled ales.

The Gin Society likes to create a laid back, mellow atmosphere and entertainment is provided by our resident Vintage DJs. The playlist features sounds from the 1920s to the 1950s, from jazz to swing and from Charleston to Lindy, and sometimes there’s even dancing along the way…Feel free to join in!
