Sweaty Mama at Fenton’s Community Centre

Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise with your child.

Sweaty Mama allows you to bond with your child whilst you undertake the workout, utilising their weight to intensify the exercise.

Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!

Classes have now started again at Fenton's with the following procedures in place:

  • Sanitiser stations for you to use as you enter and leave class
  • Reduced class sizes to ensure you have space to exercise safely at a distance
  • Social distancing at 2metre + for all attendees and instructors
  • Fully sanitised equipment for you to use should you wish

Days: Mondays

Times: 10:45am

Cost: 6 weeks £40

Ages: 6 weeks - 4 years
