Our classes are a range of Baby Massage, yoga and sensory messy play.
We would like parents to follow us through their first year of having their little ones exploring different classes from Birth baby massage to help with colic, sleeping and many more developmental areas.
Then follow onto our baby yoga classes where they can practice some tummy time, learning to roll and develop more physical muscles.
Then as they reach past 6 months introduce them to the world of our sensory messy classes which include songs, stories, artwork and all things messy.
