Shine Drop-In Sessions

Shine Drop-In Sessions in Cirencester

If you are experiencing anxiety, postnatal or ante-natal depression (with or without a formal diagnosis), feelings of isolation, sadness, uncertainty or loneliness, at Shine Drop-in you will find supportive and meaningful connections and an understanding support network.

We have a no-pressure environment – whether you want to come and play with your little ones, listen to some adult chit chat, sit with a hot drink, or vent in a secure group, we are here for you.

We have a creche worker with us at every session to help with the babies and children, activities and snacks for the little ones, finishing with storytime at the end, as well as fresh tea and proper coffee, and cakes, for the mums.

If you’re anxious about attending the drop-in for the first time we are happy to meet you in the car park so you don’t have to walk in alone, or chat with you about your worries beforehand.

Dates: Thursdays from 10-11:30 am

Location: Watermoor Church Hall, Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1NE

Cost: £2
