A free day of scooter & skateboard coaching delivered by Team Rubicon, the UK's leading provider of skateboard and scooter coaching.

• 09:30 - Under 8's Scoot Beginners
• 10:30 - Under 8's Skate Beginners
• 13:00 - Over 8's Scoot Beginners
• 14:00 - Over 8's Skate Beginners

The event has 4 key aims:

INCREASE PARTICIPATION: The free coaching sessions and access to equipment will provide children from all backgrounds the chance to try the sport. 

IDENTIFY TALENT: The free-to-enter and open format competition is the ideal platform to let children focus on showcasing their skills rather than competing – and give the judges a chance to spot those with talent and potential.

PROVIDE SUPPORT: Young skaters will be able to receive advice from professional skateboarders as well as a former Director of England’s Skateboard Governing Body. Further coaching and assistance with attending future competitions and camps may also be available.- 

HELPING COMMUNITIES: The events will offer a chance for communities to come together, support their young people, make use of local facilities and discuss ongoing events in the area.

DBS checked and insured coaches, plus free kit for young people to borrow making the day accessible to all.
