Our structured martial arts classes help develop coordination, physical fitness, mental strength as well improve confidence and valuable social skills. About Us

At Cirencester SKILLZ our goal is to provide the most comprehensive, age-specific Martial Arts training available, known as SKILLZ™. The SKILLZ™ Programmes include an International evolution of Martial Arts, fitness and educational training that targets the age-specific needs in children. We've taken the best parts of Martial Arts from a variety of styles and combined them into action-packed curriculums that help children build skills that they can apply into every area of their life. This means children of all ages will have a blast in their Martial Arts classes while learning valuable skills that enable them to be the best they can possibly be.

We also provide cutting-edge ADULT training programmes, designed to help adults get in better shape while building a solid foundation in skills and abilities associated with Martial Arts. Our highly trained staff are dedicated to provide classes that are results-driven, while at the same time fun!

Offering age-specific classes for the following age groups: Toddlers, Pre-schoolers, 5-6yrs, 7-9yrs & 10-14yrs, Adults and Teens

Classes are held in Cotswold Leisure Centre in Cirencester on Mondays and Wednesdays

Established in 2002, owned and run by local Cirencester Black Belt family team, the Foote family, we have been teaching children for almost three decades.

Our classes are entertaining and fun and designed to enhance childhood development using martial arts as an exciting tool in which to learn.

Time: Morning, Afternoon and  Evening Classes

 Age: We currently teach the following age groups: Toddlers, Pre-schoolers (3-4yr olds), 5&6yr olds, 7-9yr olds, 10-14yr olds & Teens and Adults
