Mixed Up Mythology

Next dates

Sorry, there are no future dates available

Marie Basting’s Auntie Medusa and Me children’s novel provides a unique take on classical mythology. Inspired by the quirky characters in this second timeslip adventure, you’ll work with the author herself to create your own mixed-up mythological creature.

You’ll then draw them on a scroll and tell us some key facts about them in the form of a Wanted poster before using the information on the scroll to write the opening to your own mythic story! There will be time after to talk to Marie to get your copies of her books signed.
