This month, the Little Seedlings will become tropical explorers, discovering the wonders of the rainforest. They’ll start by learning what makes rainforests so special and vital to our planet, before meeting some of the weird and wonderful creatures that call these lush environments home. The workshop will also introduce tropical rainforest plants that we can enjoy right in our own homes. Topics covered include what a rainforest is, the different rainforests around the world, their importance, the layers of the rainforest, and the unique plants and animals found there. Plus, children will enjoy fun games and activities designed to spark curiosity and learning in a playful, hands-on way.
