Easter Meet Up: Outdoor Social for Adults
Come along for Connect, Move, Breathe & Share, a programme designed for adults with mild additional support needs and/or mental health challenges who would benefit from social connection.
Our events include a walk, gentle movement exercises, and creative activities, followed by a social time with a drink (on us!) from the local café.
