Restorative Clay Workshop with Sum Gainda
A gentle and informal half-day workshop designed to ease stress, burnout, and creative block in a supportive, non-results-focused environment. Through calming and playful creative exercises, this session aims to restore confidence and calm the nervous system using the soft, tactile medium of non-drying clay.
