Cotswold AONB Hare Trail

Next dates

Sorry, there are no future dates available

We are delighted to say this year’s trail will be bigger than ever, with over 130 hares to find hidden all over the beautiful Cotswolds. Our partner this year is Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

There will be Hare sculptures dotted thoughout Cotswold towns and countryside promoting sustainable tourism in the area, through this years theme of living landscapes.

The Cotswold Hare Trail is a unique tourist attraction, that can be explored by car, rail, bike or on foot. It celebrates the Cotswolds with its rich history, natural diversity, agriculture, crafts, culture and businesses. So if you have a love of public art, design, sculpture and interest in arts projects and environmental conservation - then this is the trail for you.

Now in 2018 in our 5th year the Cotswolds Conservation Board are delighted to team up with the Hare Trail organisers. Helping to conserve, enhance, explore and enjoy the special qualities of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), whilst encouraging everyone from art aficionados and nature lovers to social media snappers to visit new attractions.

Explore hidden hills and valleys, quiet corners and busy market towns along the trail!
