Basic Bicycle Maintenance
This one-day course is aimed at those who have little experience in bicycle maintenance, the emphasis is for participants to learn how to attempt basic tasks and gain new skills.
Topics included within are:
Identifying parts of the bicycle.
How to conduct a bicycle safety and operating inspection.
Understanding basic tools and their uses.
How to clean and lubricate parts of the bicycle.
Essential roadside maintenance.
How to repair a puncture.
Storing a bike.
The course will be delivered by Hywel Thomas, a professionally qualified and experienced bicycle technician, he will support participants in gaining further knowledge in relation to basic bicycle maintenance.

This is a funded course, so free to participants that have lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years and are aged 19 and over.
