Get ‘all a-flutter’ at City Bank Local Nature Reserve on Friday 26th July.
The event will begin at 9pm with a talk by Mel Dodd about the ecology and diversity of British bat species, followed by a walk around the nature reserve with bat detectors.
The walk it expected to last around 1hr, finishing at approximately 10:30pm. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions and terrain. There are also no street lights at City Bank, which is perfect for mammals with echolocation but not so great for people – bring a torch!
Meet at the main entrance to the City Bank LNR (GL7 1LN) at the bottom of City Bank Rd. at 9pm.
