There’s magic around every corner on Westonbirt Arboretum’s brand new illuminated trail! 

Father Christmas’ Elves have made their way to the arboretum to decorate for Christmas. But they’re running slightly behind schedule… will the trail be ready on time? 

This year we invite you to go behind the scenes of Enchanted Christmas to witness the wonder, hilarity and general commotion that comes with playful Elves creating Westonbirt’s spectacular illuminated trail. 

You may even find yourself joining in to help! With new light displays to discover and mischievous elves to meet, this is Enchanted Christmas as you’ve never seen it before…

Please ensure you arrive at the trail entrance promptly for your allocated start time. Trail admittance timeslots will be shown on a screen by the entrance to the illuminated trail.

• Adults: £19*
• Concessions (students & job seekers): £17*
• Children (aged 3 - 18 years): £11*
• Infant (aged 0 - 2 years): Free, but will require a ticket
• Friends: half price* adult and up to 4 children** tickets on Friday evenings only.
• Access: Personal assistant goes free

*All tickets include £1 non-refundable booking fee

Relaxed Sessions - Saturday 26 November & Saturday 03 December from 4pm - 5pm.

The trail will be adapted to suit those with additional needs such as autism. For example, strong flashing lights, loud sound effects and smoke effects will be temporarily deactivated. All usual functions will resume ready for the general public to enter the trail at 5pm.

Food and Drink

Local food carts will sell seasonal food from 4 - 9 pm. 

Accessibility 

The trail is fully accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, prams and pushchairs.

We recommend checking mobility scooters' availability before you book your tickets.

Christmas Village

You can arrive anytime before your trail time slot to soak up some seasonal cheer in our pre-trail Christmas Village. Once complete you will exit via our post-trail Christmas Village. Both villages will have food and drink stalls and traditional fairground rides at each one.

Visiting during the day

Unfortunately, we are not able to allow visitors with Enchanted Christmas tickets to visit the arboretum for free during the day. On an Enchanted Christmas day, the Old Arboretum will close at 2 pm to allow for set up.
