With a different session every time for you to undertake in a safe environment, you can build up your fitness effectively, seeing results – all in 30 minutes!

A whole-body approach with Cardio, Strength and resistance.

All fitness levels, all ages of little ones welcome. Pre and Postnatal Mamas.
