Sweaty Gym is a fun, varied and effective 30-minute session for all women! 

Enjoy time for yourself, with your little one to enjoy exercising together & with Bump too. 

With a pre and postnatal specialist Fitness trainer to guide you each time you attend. With a different session every time for you to undertake in a Covid safe environment, you can build up your fitness effectively, seeing results – all in 30 minutes! 

A whole-body approach with Cardio, Strength and resistance. 

All fitness levels, all ages of little ones welcome. 

Pre and Postnatal Mamas. Secure your place for a flexible 8 session block you can use as you please within 2 months.
