St Michael's Park

A nice and central with a café serving coffees, cakes and ice creams, St Michael's Park has a number of different play areas including a natural play area with an obstacle course and a range of activities available, such as mini-golf, tennis and boules for an additional charge. If you prefer to do your own catering, you can rent a BBQ and have your own get together with friends and family.

A variety of events are held at the park throughout the year such as Love Parks Week and outdoor cinema.

Parking

Access to the park is via either King Street or Admiral's Walk. The nearest car park is the Forum car park. Limited parking is also available in King Street. Cycle racks are available in the park (2 spaces) and in the Forum car park. Buses to and from Cirencester are located opposite the Forum car park in South Way.

Opening Times

The Park is locked at 4.30 pm in the Winter and early Spring. During British Summer Time the Park is locked at dusk.

Dogs

Please note that dogs are not allowed in St. Michael's Park with the exception of assistance dogs.

Tennis

The park has 3 full sized hard tennis courts and 4 touch tennis courts. All the courts have floodlights so you can continue to play tennis as the evenings draw in. BBQ

St. Michael's Park has 2 BBQs for hire that can be booked through the Local Information Centre at Bingham House T:01285 655646 E:info@cirencester.gov.uk or by calling into The Cabin in the Park.

A booking is for a period of 3 hours maximum and the cost is £8.80 a BBQ.
