She's Active classes are designed to help new mums get fitter and stronger without having to arrange childcare!

Our classes combine moderate exercise with our special baby or toddler play zones to ensure that you get a great workout while your little one has fun and makes new friends. Our specialist instructors are trained to ensure your workout is not only effective but also safe so you can rest assured you and your baby are in safe hands.

Date: Wednesdays at Siddington Village Hall.

Target Age: baby class - 6 weeks to confidently walking, toddler class – confidently walking to school age. In the holidays older children can attend at no additional cost.

Cost: £6.50 a session (payable monthly). 

Special Offer: £10 a month for online classes (should be £15) when signing up to face to face classes.
