New Baby, New Life is now divided into two groups.

8 Week Postnatal Programme for mums with newborn babies up to about 3 months.

We cover topics such as baby communication, reflux, colic, play and activities for young babies, mental health after having a baby, sleep feeding and first aid and more!

Date: Wednesdays from 9.30am - 11am.

Drop-in New Baby, New Life is a social support group for parents with babies up to 12 months (no toddlers).

Book: No booking required. 

Suitable for: The idea is that those in the postnatal programme will go on to this group once they have done their 8 weeks. Also available for anyone with a baby who is waiting for the postnatal programme to start or has missed it altogether.

Date/ Time: Wednesdays from 10am - 11am
