Pregnancy YogaGroups & Activities
Classes explore a range of postures, breathing techniques and guided relaxations to help calm the body and mind, and relieve any anxiety or stress. These practices and techniques will help you grow in confidence, strengthen the bond between you and your baby, and help you feel more prepared for labour and birth. Classes help to maintain flexibility and strength, with accessible and safe prenatal yoga practices. Classes are small and friendly, suitable for beginners.
Ages: from 14 weeks Pregnant.
Cost: £40 for 4 weeks (with 5 a week expiry from purchase) /£10 single class (space dependant).
Venue: Inner Temple Studio – Cirencester (By the Beeches Car Park/Ingleside House).
