Pregnancy Yoga in Cirencester and South Cerney

Classes explore a range of postures, breathing techniques, and guided relaxations to help calm the body and mind, and relieve any anxiety or stress. These practices and techniques will help you grow in confidence, strengthen the bond between you and your baby, and help you feel more prepared for labour and birth. Classes help to maintain flexibility and strength, with accessible and safe prenatal yoga practices. Classes are small and friendly, suitable for beginners.

From 12 weeks Pregnant, beginners welcome

Cost: £36 for 4 weeks (with 5 a week expiry from purchase) /£10 single class (space dependant).

Also available is one-to-one yoga (for Pregnancy & Postnatal) - £40 for one session or £105 for 3 sessions.

Monday's - Berry Farm (south cerney), 6.15pm

Wednesday's - Daglingworth Village Hall, 7.30pm
