The Gateway Café is sat on the Cotswolds Water Park lake so there is plenty of opportunity for activity around. This buzzing café is an ideal venue for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. You can enjoy delicious homemade food and proper coffee along with homemade cakes with a breath-taking view over a Cotswold Lake.
All of their produce is locally sourced and homemade by their talented chefs. They, also, have January Specials! Beer Battered Haddock served with Fries, Peas and Tartare Sauce is a favourite or you can try something different with their Falafel served with Hot Mix Grain Salad (V). Igloo restaurant on Castle Street, Cirencester is a family-run, family-owned restaurant with a touch of magic. The Organic Farm Shop - Abbey Home Farm
Not just a farm shop... the perfect place to go if you have a 'multi diet' family, as the meat eaters can savour fresh beef from the farm and the vegans/vegetarians can enjoy the great vegetarian local organic food that the Organic Farm Shop is famous for. The cooks promise sumptuous puddings too with cream from the lovely shorthorn cows. Then maybe go for a walk around the farm trail before or after lunch.
Usually they don't take bookings but on Mothers Day it is generally bookings only whatever the number, so do book soon to avoid disappointment.
